When will my refund arrive?

Once a refund is issued it returns to the method you paid with. UPI and wallets: 1-3 business days; Debit and credit cards: 5-7 business days; Net banking: 5-10 business days; International cards: 7-14 business days. The clock starts when the refund is issued, not when you asked for it.

  • International cards — 7-14 business days

These are your bank's settlement windows, not ours. Once the refund is issued it leaves us immediately; the wait after that is the card network or bank posting it back to you.

What "issued" means

A refund is issued when the cancellation is accepted — see Can I cancel or reschedule my puja? for what each cancellation window pays back. Until then, nothing has been sent, so there is nothing for your bank to post.

If it has not arrived

  1. Check the statement for the account or card the payment left from, not the one you use most.
  2. Wait out the full band above — international cards are the slowest.
  3. Still missing? Email support@darshya.online with your booking or order number and the date you cancelled, and we will trace it with the payment gateway.
