How do I book a puja?
Open the puja page, pick a temple and date, fill in the sankalp form (your name, gotra, and intent), and pay.
Can I cancel or reschedule my puja?
Cancel 48 hours or more before your slot for a full refund, or between 24 and 48 hours before for 75%.
When will my refund arrive?

What is video proof, and when do I get it?
Every puja booking includes a recording of your ritual. The target is 24-48 hours after the ceremony, and it appears on the booking itself.
My payment failed but the money left my account
Almost always the amount was authorised, not captured — your bank is holding it and releases it on its own, typically within 5-7 business days.
Where is my store order?
Every order and its current status lives in your orders page. Delivery is free on domestic orders of ₹499 and above; below that a flat ₹49.
Do I get a receipt for my donation, and is it tax exempt?
You receive a receipt for every donation, with a receipt number and the date, sent to your registered email. It is proof of payment.
Why is my stream buffering?
Switch to 480p via the gear icon — works on slower connections. Close other tabs or apps using bandwidth.
How do astrology consultations work?
Pick an astrologer from /astrology, choose chat / audio / video / report. Pay, then schedule a slot or start immediately if the astrologer is online.
How do I change my phone number or email?
Go to /profile → Account Info → tap the field to edit. You'll verify the new number/email with OTP before the change takes effect.
